The exploration runs deeper still, extending into community cuisines such as Nasrani and Moplah, among many others along with the rustic, home-style Nadan cooking of Kerala’s countryside, each carrying a culinary identity entirely its own.

Developed through a year-long culinary expedition across South India, the Savya Rasa team travelled extensively, immersed themselves in local communities and documented recipes individually curated from homes across the region.
